Transportation
The Transportation Manager allows you to add/edit Areas and Routes, as well as see and update the Status of each route.
Areas
Add a New Area
1. Click on the hamburger menu and choose 'Transportation' 2. Click ‘Areas’ then ‘Add Area’ 3. Name the Area 4. Hit 'Create'
Edit an Existing Area
1. Click on the hamburger menu and choose 'Transportation' 2. Click ‘Areas’ then click on the pencil icon beside the area you wish to edit 3. Rename the Area 4. Hit 'Save'
Routes
Add a New Route
1. Click on the hamburger menu and choose 'Transportation' 2. Click ‘Routes’ then ‘Add Route’ 3. Name the Route 4. Select appropriate Schools/Sites (tick all if applicable) 5. Select Area(s) that the Route falls in 6. Hit 'Create'
Edit Existing Routes
1. Click on the hamburger menu and choose 'Transportation' 2. Click ‘Routes’ then click on the pencil icon beside the area you wish to edit 3. Rename the Route, change the applicable School and/or the Area 6. Hit 'Save'
Status
Add a New Status
1. Click on the hamburger menu and choose 'Transportation' 2. Click ‘Status’ then ‘Add Status’ 3. From the drop down, choose the 'Status Type' 4. Select appropriate Route(s) (tick all if applicable) 5. Assign an amount of time for the status to show 6. Write any Notes you feel are necessary 7. Hit 'Create' *Note: All Routes will automatically show as 'On Time' if no status is applied
Archive Existing Status
If you have assigned a longer time period/ongoing to a status and want to make the status return to 'On Time', you can archive the status. 1. Click on the hamburger menu and choose 'Transportation' 2. Click ‘Status’ then click on the arrow icon beside the status you wish to archive 3. Hit 'Agree'
