News → News Editor
The News Manager is an archive of all the news associated with your School/Site. From this you can open the News Editor through creating a new news item or editing an existing one.
Within the news editor, users with admin/shared permissions are able to interact with news articles and content in a variety of ways.
News Settings and Controls
➔ Change an articles title/name ➔ Change or assign tags to an article ➔ Select which sites the current article is shared with ➔ Set content visibility as public or staff-only ➔ Pin a news article ➔ Set a future release date for the article
Rich Text Editor
➔ Link to a document from the Document Manager ➔ Add images from the Image Manager ➔ Add and edit news article content using a WYSIWYG editor that includes: ◆ Font Styling (Paragraph and Headings) ◆ Bold/Italic ◆ Hyperlink creation ◆ Bulleted lists ◆ Numbered lists ◆ Block quotes ◆ Tables ◆ Embedded YouTube links ◆ Collapsable box/content section creation
