What is Shared Content?

Is your page/event/news/image/document/alert the same for all/a selection of sites? Instead of making the same content multiple times, you can share the content. This means you (only with the shared permissions) can edit all the content in one convenient place. In the page editor, there is also the option to distribute content, which allows a half shared and half custom page.

Share Content (not applicable to users with site-only permissions)

1. The site you are on will automatically appear in ‘Sites’ 2. Either click on ‘Sites’ and select more sites manually or check ‘Site filters’ to choose from tags that will filter your site selection (this can remove the site you are on) 3.
