Documents → Document Editor
The Document Manager stores all files/folders associated with your School/Site allowing you to copy the link to your document or folder for use within CM or elsewhere on your computer. You can open the Document Uploader by adding new files through the manager or from Pages/News/Events, or the Document Editor to edit aspects or replace the document.
For site specific documents/folders only (not applicable to shared documents/folders).
Previously uploaded documents can be: ➔ Viewed in a PDF viewer (only applicable to .pdf files) ➔ Replaced with a new file ➔ Renamed ➔ Assigned new tags
Replacing an Existing Document
When updating documents, use the Replace Document option so that all instances of the document are updated. To use replace document, you must use the same file type as the original, eg .pdf, .docx, etc 1. Click on the hamburger menu and choose 'Documents'. 2. Scroll through/search for the document you are looking to update/replace 3. Click the pencil icon between the ‘copy link’ and delete options 4. Click 'Replace Document' in the top right corner 5. Upload a new document and click 'Back'. 6. Hit ‘Submit'.
