Adding a List Item to an Ordered List
After an Ordered List is created, you can add the relevant content to display in that list based on the content types you selected while creating the Ordered List.
Adding a List Item
1.To edit a List, you can click on the three dots (...) on the right of the row for that list and select the Edit Items option. 2.Once the page loads, click on the Select Content button to open the Content Explorer. Note: The Content Explorer will only show you Content Types that you’ve chosen to include in the List 3. You can then search by the content’s title and tags to find the specific Page, News, Event, or Content Fragment you’d like to include in the List. Note: If you include content from other Sites that aren’t shared with your Site, it won’t display in your List once it’s added to a Page Make sure to filter by the Site you’re creating this list for so that it only shows you content that can be displayed on that School Site. 4. Once you find the content that you are looking for, add it to the List by clicking on the Select button on the right side of that content item. 5. This will open the Item Editor where you can override some of the content’s information if the options were toggled when creating the List. Note: You can override the title, media, expire at date, or the main content of each item added 6. At this time you must add an Image in the main content section to save your changes. 7. After you’ve made any changes or if you want to insert the content as it is, click on the Save Changes button to add it to your List. Note: Both the List itself and the content within can be in a Draft, Scheduled or Published state. So when adding List Items, be sure to set the state correctly for both the List and the content it contains.
